Nike Alpha Talons or Nike Alpha Speeds?

What's the big difference? I recently sent in some of my old cleats that I bought on sale for 40 bucks and got 100 in store credit plus some gift cards I have, so I can either buy an Alpha Speed and maybe some gloves for no cost, or 60 bucks for an Alpha Talon. What's the difference between the two? Apart from the retractable studs in the Talon. Do they even make that much of a difference? I play fullback and linebacker.
